Chryso Ndasingwa Promises a Memorable Experience at His “Easter Experience” Concert

Seif Gracien Hasingizwimana

Gospel artist Chryso Ndasingwa is in the final stages of preparing for his highly anticipated concert dubbed “Easter Experience.” Set to take place on Easter Sunday, the event is dedicated to celebrating the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and all He accomplished for those who believe in Him.

The concert will be held at Intare Arena in Rusororo, Kigali, and is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM, with doors opening from 2:00 PM.

The event will feature renowned gospel artists including Papi Clever & Dorcas, True Promises, and Arsène Tuyi. Together, they aim to lead attendees in a powerful celebration of Easter, rejoicing in the redemptive sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Speaking about his relationship with fellow gospel artists, Chryso expressed that organizing this concert is a deeply meaningful experience for him. He emphasized how much of a blessing it is to collaborate with Papi Clever.

He said, “Working with Papi Clever has been an incredible opportunity. Whenever we take on a project, we do it together wholeheartedly. Someone like him is truly irreplaceable.”

Chryso highlighted that being invited by another artist to participate in such an event is a great honor, especially as a gospel musician. He added that his friendships with fellow artists help him deliver a more complete and impactful message through music.

He further explained that his approach to music goes beyond business — it’s a calling from God. He stated, “This is God’s business. It’s not about me as Chryso. Honestly, this still surprises me. I thought my path was to study and pursue work that would earn me money. I never imagined I would become a professional musician — I just wanted to sing in church like everyone else.”

Chryso also revealed that his previous concert at BK Arena gave him a new direction in life. “It changed my life. I didn’t incur any losses — instead, I gained valuable experience that has greatly impacted me,” he said.

He affirmed that the Easter Experience concert is designed to reach everyone — from residents of Kigali to those in the provinces, and even audiences beyond Rwanda. The concert will also be livestreamed for international viewers, ensuring they too can partake in the message of Jesus Christ’s resurrection.

For those interested in attending, tickets are still available at different price points to suit various budgets: RWF 30,000, 20,000, and 10,000. However, the RWF 50,000 tickets have already sold out.
