SMART PARTH LEARNING BRIDGE-RWANDA (SPLBR) LTD is the private and deliverables driven company legally registered in Rwanda and headquartered in Rwanda with the focus on educational support activities including but not limited to teacher Continuous professional development (CPD), training content, Inclusive and play based Teaching and Learning Materials and books development , research and assessment as well as inclusive digital learning in literacy and education technology in Africa. SPLBR is a dynamic educational consulting firm dedicated to improving the quality of education through research, innovation, and the development of inclusive learning solutions.
Our Services include all educational support services:

1. Tailored interventions designed to remove learning barriers,

2. Enhance academic performance and promote social-emotional development for students.

3. Tutoring, special education, counseling, and assistive technology, fostering inclusive environments for diverse learners.

4. Guidance on child development.


Key components of educational support services we offer include:
 Academic Support: Includes tutoring, homework assistance, and individualized education plans (IEPs) to help students with academic challenges.
 Specialized Instruction: Speech and language therapy and early intervention services for developmental delays.
 Emotional and Mental Health Support: Counselling services and social-emotional learning programs to manage stress and anxiety.
 Assistive Technology: Tools, such as voice recognition software and specialized hardware, to aid students with disabilities.
 Staff and Family Support: Professional development for educators, career guidance for students, and resources for parents.
 These services are often delivered by learning support officers, education assistants, or specialized consultants, to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.
Henceforth, SPLBR is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join a roster of certified SRHR, CSE, Inclusive Education, MHPSS and Gender Transformative Approaches (GTA) trainers. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a five-day Training of Trainers (ToT) and other trainings. Upon successful completion, they will be positioned to support SPLBR’s programs across Rwanda.
Opportunities are available in the fields of:
• Guideline and policy Development
• Research
• Advocacy
• Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRHR), Inclusive education and CSE
• Technical Assistance & Programme Support
WHO CAN APPLY
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, public health, gender studies, psychology, project management or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated background in participatory facilitation and community-based training
• Community Skills: Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, including youth, women, men, local leaders, and marginalized communities
• Language: Fluency in Kinyarwanda required and English. Knowledge in French is an advantage.
• Age: The program particularly encourages applications from early-career professionals.
