Artist Gisa cy’Inganzo, one of the well-known singers in Rwandan music for songs with deep messages, has announced that he is preparing a new album based on the new life he has embarked on in his musical journey.
In an interview with InyaRwanda, Gisa said that this album is among the major projects he is currently working on, and he expects it to present to his fans a new image of an artist who has come to understand the value of his talent. He mentioned that the album will focus on themes such as life, reconciliation, love, and hope, all reflecting his contribution to the development of Rwandan music.
Gisa clarified that he had not quit music as some may have thought, but rather, he was involved in preparation activities. He stated that he has been collaborating with other artists on different projects and that the first song will be released soon.
The artist said he is committed to contributing to Rwandan music in a purposeful way and aims to be a role model for the youth. He said, “This is Gisa who respects God, who knows where he came from and where he is going, and who is passionate about using his talent for the common good.”
Although he did not reveal much about the collaborators on this project, Gisa said that his fans will see quality work, including new songs and new collaborations in the music industry.
This new album marks the beginning of a new chapter in Gisa’s music career, where he wishes to showcase the experience he has gained from the various phases he has gone through, and demonstrate that he is ready to play a role in the advancement of the Rwandan music industry.
