Bruce Melodie won the award for the artist with the album of the year ‘Colorful Generation,’ The Ben won the artist of the year award.
Bruce Melodie told the media that there are other colleagues who also deserve to be given awards, not just their cabinets being filled with them.
He said, “I’ve already filled the trophies, go check, give some to others who have little, people with small jars and baskets in the cabinet should put the awards there.”
Journalists asked The Ben if he was among those being referred to in this interview, he confirmed that if he was mentioned, it was in conversation.
The Ben said, “First of all, I think that if I were to stop music completely now, it would take Bruce Melodie about ten years to have the awards I’ve won. He is a good artist, but sometimes he forgets that I am older than him, there are awards I got before he started music, there are those I got while he was active, and there are also those I am getting today.”
The Ben said that Bruce Melodie often jokes when he says such things, and added, “I know he says it jokingly, I also don’t always take it one hundred percent seriously, but I know he knows it well.”
