Bulldogg Replaces Kevin Kade in MTN Iwacu Muzika Festival Tour

Ndayishimiye Malick Bertrand, widely known by his stage name Bulldogg, is set to make a comeback to major national concerts through the 2025 edition of the MTN Iwacu Muzika Festival. The acclaimed Rwandan rapper, who has built a strong reputation in the Hip-Hop scene, joins the lineup of artists scheduled to perform in this countrywide music tour after replacing Kevin Kade. The latter will be representing Rwanda at the Rwanda Convention set to take place in the United States of America.

Bulldogg’s inclusion in the lineup highlights the festival’s commitment to showcasing both seasoned and diverse talent. He will share the stage with some of Rwanda’s top music acts, including King James, Riderman, Ariel Wayz, Juno Kizigenza, Kivumbi King, and Nel Ngabo. Bulldogg is expected to bring a unique touch to the shows, particularly with his Hip-Hop tracks that often carry powerful messages about youth and social life.

The tour is set to kick off on July 5, 2025, in Musanze, and will continue across various provinces until its grand finale in Rubavu on August 16, 2025. This musical journey aims to unite top talent from various genres and contribute to the growth and international recognition of Rwandan music.

Known for his songs that address real-life issues, human rights, and everyday struggles, Bulldogg remains one of the leading voices proving that Hip-Hop continues to hold significant influence in Rwanda.
