Abanyarwanda barasabwa kongera ingano y’amavuta ari mu mafunguro yabo ikagera nibura ku kigero cya 26%, aho kuba 10%, mu rwego rwo kugaburira umubiri wabo intungamubiri ziwufasha gukora neza.
Dr Christine Mukantwari, ushinzwe agashami k’imirire muri FAO mu Rwanda, avuga ko umuntu akenera indyo igizwe n’amoko 12 y’ibiribwa, muriyo harimo ibinyampeke, ibinyamafufu, ndetse n’imbuto zikungahaye kuri Vitamini A ifasha umuntu kubona neza, no gukomeza ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri, inyama, amafi, amata, amagi, ibinyampeke, n’ibinyobwa.

Dr Mukantwari yavuze ko mu binyobwa umubiri ukeneye harimo amazi.
Ati”Mu bwoko 12 bw’ibyo kurya umuntu akeneye buri munsi, iyo wariye inyama ntuba ugomba kwihutira gushaka amagi.mugihe kandi wariye amagi na bwo si ngombwa kongeraho inyama kuko ushobora guhitamo kimwe muri byo. Dr Mukantwari, avuga ko nyuma y’ibyo byose umuntu agomba no kwibuka gushyira mu mafunguro amavuta ariko adakabije.
