Today, December 4, 2025, the Kicukiro Primary Court heard a prosecution case filed by Yampano regarding the circulation of his pornographic videos.
The case involves five defendants, two of whom had appeared in court last week. However, the hearing was postponed at the request of defendant Pazzo Man, who said he was not ready to appear because he did not have a legal representative at that time.
Today, Pazzo Man had a lawyer, and K John [Kalisa John] also had legal representation, so there were no other reasons for them not to appear, especially since they had been given sufficient time to prepare for the hearing.
During the hearing, Pazzo Man stated that he had Yampano’s email and had seen Yampano’s videos on his phone, but he never shared them with anyone. He also referred to a cyber report showing that no one else had received the videos.
Pazzo Man said he saw the videos in April and parted ways with Yampano in May after money was involved, which Yampano then withdrew from him. The videos later circulated publicly, and Pazzo Man called Ddumba to delete the videos and stop sharing them because RIB was searching for him. These details were included in the cyber report.
K John stated that he saw a photo from Yampano’s videos in June, which he posted on Instagram. He then sent it to Papa Cyangwe, who was involved in music projects with Yampano, asking if this was the method used to promote the project. After Papa Cyangwe gave the photo back to Yampano to confirm, Yampano began to suspect that K John was one of the people who had circulated his pornographic videos.
K John later requested the videos from Nesta, who gave them to him, but no one else was sent the videos. This was also confirmed by the cyber report.
Another witness, Njuga, stated that he saw Yampano’s videos at Clapton Kibonke restaurant. However, K John denied this, saying he had issues with Njuga during the COVID-19 period and that Njuga lied to get revenge.
K John’s lawyer requested that Yampano, the owner of the videos, be investigated because he placed them in a location he knew was insecure, as his email was shared with many people, making him responsible for their circulation.
After hearing both parties, the judge announced that the verdict will be read on December 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
Another case, involving Papy Nesta and Francois Xavier (also known as Djihad), was not heard because Francois Xavier did not have legal representation. That case has been scheduled for December 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
However, Djihad’s lawyers requested access to evidence from RIB, as it was not available in the system, and these materials must also be considered during the trial. The judge noted that it is their right to access all evidence.
